Today on the menu: stuffed zucchini (2 pers.)
Start boiling 70 grams of rice. Hollow out 1 zucchini, but keep the pulp! Chop the pulp together with 1 onion and 1 dash of garlic and then fry it in the organic olive oil of Oilba. 🧄 If the onion is glassy, add 100 grams of minced meat and stir fry it. You can season it with pepper, salt, piri-piri herbs or other spicy herbs! 🌶 Mix it with the rice. Finally, take an oven plate and grease it with Oilba olive oil. Place the hollowed out zucchini in it. Fill it with the mixture you just made, sprinkle some grated cheese on top of it and put it in the preheated oven (200 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.  Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top for decoration and enjoy!🍴
