Raspberry dressing
Ingredients:
- 225 ml. consommé (clear beef stock)
- 200 ml. Organic Olive Oil OILBA
- 50 ml. Organic garlic oil OILBA
- 30 grams of chopped shallots
- 37 ml. tomato vinegar
- 25 ml. honey vinegar with raspberry
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- pepper and salt
- 4 teaspoons of powdered sugar
